Weighted Picking of URLs (Affiliates)

Got a site where you have affiliates and they can earn points? And you want to pick a random affiliate to show on your site? But you want an affiliate with more points to be more likely to be picked? Then this is exactly what this code will do for you (the class).

A site is picked like:
site1.com
site1.com
site1.com
site2.com

where site 1 = 3 points, site 2 = 1 point and so you can see site1 is more likely to be picked.

The script is efficient in that it works with the point ranges instead of actually creating an array with the site duplicated.
