Remove Transparency
Description
Converts a transparent png image to a jpeg.
Not brilliant... but better than having a completely black background.
Technical
Any pixel in the image that is 100% transparent is converted to a white pixel, else it is converted to black (with except to 0% transparent pixels).

But the problem is, parts of the image that are semi transparent (partly transparent)
turn black! If someone could fix that, it would be perfect.

I like this. Could prove to be very useful if you don't want to allow
transparent images to be uploaded.
