Reject Internet Explorer Users

This code will reject all visitors using Internet Explorer and ask them to use an alternative. This is good if you are operating a site that does not function properly in Internet Explorer, like some I have made don't. We should all add this to our site (unless you are trying to make cash off your site lol), and try to kill IE once and for all! Replace "PUT SITE CONTENT HERE" with your content. You can remove all the blank spaces above and below it, and should. I just did this so that you could easily see it. Everything else is good as is, but can be changed :) If anything, check the paragraph tags with text starting with "Shame on you," change this as you must.

BTW, this code is very basic. If you've taken the tutorial from the PHP website, you'll probably recognize this code lol. None-the-less, it's good for people who don't want to learn or don't know PHP.

Lastly, this must be saved as a .php file to work!! But, HTML will work in the PUT SITE CONTENT HERE, and you don't have to worry about putting any additional tags around it to make HTML function.
