Basic Canvas Animation

Using the Arrow Keys, you can move the dashed box around the canvas.
I can't figure out how to bind events to anything in other then the mainwindow, which sucks.
It'd be nice if I could bind events to the canvas itself, but meh, whatever.
It ran perfectly under StrawBerry Perl, on Windows XP.

This requires the Tk Module.
