Pick A Random Array Element

Description

Randomly pick an element out of an array, returns what was picked and removes the picked element from referenced array.

P.S. I've only been learning Perl for about 8 hours... so don't tell me off if i haven't done this in a nicer way because i simply wouldn't have learnt how yet.

Technical

You must pass a list by reference to this routine.
