Dynamic Palette Ripper (Unfinished)

Description

Originally designed to take standard images and convert them to the IFF-PCHG format. Started adding support for running via a script. If run from Workbench creates a full GUI.

Currently reads in IFF-ILBM files (only) and displays picture information and that is as far as I got due to lack of documentation available for the PCHG format.

Included as a sample on how to use various functions including various libraries.
