SPS Desktop Changer
Description
This program allows you to change your desktop background by selecting a random image from a folder you specify. If you want, place this program in your start-up folder and it will change your background everytime you start your computer. It always selects images from the last folder you choose.
The program is very minimalist. If you want, you may change it to add functionality.
To run, just click on SPS Desktop Changer.rbw. You will need a ruby Interpreter to open this file though. Clicking Next selects another random image, in case you didn't like the one it selects the first time.

Works with jpg and bmp
Tested with Vista, but should work on older Windows systems.
