PHP ASCII Generator
Description
This takes any jpeg and creates an ASCII drawing
Technical
I know it's a little screwed up. Let me know how to fix the messed up pixel reading if you know how. But other than that I think it's pretty good.

I did something similar to that... but not with the form and everything for the
person to upload an image... and didn't use bitwise operators either.
