Paging Function.

Description

Used to make pages easily with little hassle. Probably not very good, but functional.
$Array is the array of items you want to pagify.
$ToShow is the number of items to show per page. Default is 20.
$PageNumber is the page number that the user is currently viewing. Default is 1.
