Never mind. Sort of vector/abstract art. Managed to get around the hurdle by using textures. Now each site can pick from 6500 textures for there website background or upload their own background
I never established my budget because at the moment I have no idea what I'd be safely available to offer...I've been looking around to see if there are any coders who have an interest in my design. Someone to do it out of support for the idea, and to collect profit from the idea after the fact (ads, donations, from stuff like that). I don't even need a custom CMS made. My idea could function as a wordpress theme and be sold as a commercial template with the coder getting profit from that as well. I have the design and everything all I need is coding. After that, the money would fall into our laps
If it was something simpler, I would probably be able to get some free help, but I think it's the complexity that's pushing people away. :P
