Transferring a phpBB board from one to another server is not implicitly easy. Especially transferring boards from servers running Apache to IIS based webservers seemed to be a very hard task. But what really peeves me is Microsoft. I like Windows 98, but ever since that, their quality has gone down, and their prices gone up.
My friend's windows 98 computer, with 300 MB of RAM boots up faster any Windows XP or Vista computer I have seen, and most of those have a GIG of ram!

This article will show you step by step how to change the start button text for windows.
Step 1:
First download reshack from (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/).
Start reshack, and open c:Windows/explorer.exe
WARNING: explorer.exe is not something to play with if you have no idea on what your doing

Open the folder String Table
Expand folder 37 and double click on 1033.
