Forbidden Use
You are forbidden to use Coder Profile to: (a) break the law in any way including, but not limited to, hacking, fraud and breach of copyright; (b) abuse to another member or any other person including, but not limited to, harassment, discrimination and intimidation of others to break this agreement or our Privacy Policy; (c) gain access to areas of Coder Profile you are not given permission to whether it is through hacking or mistake; (d) make others' time at Coder Profile unpleasant in any way; (e) give a negative reputation of Coder Profile.
Forbidden Content
By the term content we mean anything you are able to upload to be hosted on Coder Profile including both text and files of any description. You are forbidden to: (a) upload any malicious file including, but not limited to, trojans, viruses, spyware, adware and worms; (b) upload any corrupted or password protected file; (c) upload any copyrighted work that you do not hold the copyright of or have written permission to use; (d) use any other language except english; (e) advertise in any way including indirect advertising, text or image advertisements; (f) provide data whether text or file based to break the law in any way including, but not limited to, the sharing of serial keys, passwords, phone numbers, email address or any other personal information; (g) send or display unsolicited messages commonly known as spam, indecent pictures, abusive language or anything else regarded as offensive or unsolicited.
Forbidden Access
You are forbidden to hack, or attempt to hack, any part of Coder Profile including, but not limited to, our server, member accounts, the database, the pages of Coder Profile or anything else in relation to Coder Profile. People found to be attempting to hack or have hacked some part of Coder Profile will be prosecuted to the maximum extent allowed by law. If you are accidentally given access to something you should not have access to then please contact us immediately and take reasonable measures to prevent anyone else access who should not have access.
Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement is not tolerated on Coder Profile. Anyone found breaching copyright in any way may have their account banned for a period of time or terminated altogether and may be prosecuted! The copyrighted material will be removed as soon as possible.
Personal Responsibility for Data
Coder Profile cannot be held responsible in any way in regards to your data or the storage of. While we take measures to secure your data from theft, corruption or unauthorized access or manipulation we cannot provide any guarantee that any of these unauthorized actions may occur. You are personally responsible for any data you upload or send to the servers of Coder Profile and for the backup and maintenance of any such data.
Security
Our security related issues are explained more in depth in our Privacy Policy, click here to view that policy. If a database backup needs to be restored for any reason we cannot be held liable for any losses or benefits you may incur due to having outdated information restored.
Account Termination
We hold the right at any moment to terminate an account for any reason without notice! Should your account become inactive for a period of time we hold the right to terminate your account releasing the username back to the public where it may be registered and used by someone else. Should you violate one of or both of our terms and conditions agreement and Privacy Policy we hold the right to terminate your account without notice.
Power to Intervene
Staff at Coder Profile have the power to intervene by manipulation of member accounts and data related to that member's account as well as the permission to read and view all personal and private data related to that member's account as seen reasonable, mainly for moderation purposes. Staff at Coder Profile are not allowed to abuse this power to intervene and staff are only given the power to intervene if they need that power to do their job. Staff will only use their authority to remove content not fit for this site, violates this agreement or any other purpose that seems unsuitable.
